Facilities for Disabled Patients

All facilities are over two floors and are designed for ease of access. Automatic front door access, disabled toilet and lift. All suitable to access with wheelchair or mobility aids.

If you need assistance to enter the building please ring the intercom by the main entrance..

There is an induction hearing loop at reception for patients with hearing aids. Please ask reception if you need it.

Guide/Assistance dogs are allowed in the surgery.

Carpark

The carpark is available for patients use, there are disabled bays near the entrance to the practice.

The practice accepts no liability for losses or damage to any vehicles left on our premises.

CCTV/Telephone Call Monitoring

The practice operates a CCTV system for the security of patients and staff.

All calls are recorded and monitored, for the benefit of patients and staff training.

No smoking or vaping is allowed in the surgery building.
