Obtaining your Repeat Prescriptions:
Patients on long-term treatments may be given repeat prescriptions. We offer a number of ways for you to obtain your repeat prescription:

|In Person||Simply hand in your repeat prescription slip at reception with the items you require clearly marked.|
|Please Note: We do not accept telephone requests for repeat prescriptions due to the high risk of errors.|
When will my Prescription be Ready?
Please allow 3 to 5 working days before picking up the prescription or 7 days if sending a stamped self-addressed envelope.
Due to the above order lead times, please remember to order more tablets or medicine well before you run out.
Can I collect my Prescription from a Pharmacy ?
Many of the local chemists will pick up and deliver prescriptions to you. Ask your chemist for details. The pharmacist may make a charge for this service.
Requests by Post:
Tick the items you need on the computer generated slip attached to your previous prescription and post it to us. Please remember to enclose a SAE if you want us to send it back to you.
Alternatively, write your name and address and the name of the medicines you need on a slip of paper, remembering to include the strength, dose and total quantity you require and post it to us.
Requests by Fax:
Tick the items you need on the computer generated slip attached to your previous prescription and fax it to us. Our fax number can be found on the appointments page.

After a set interval or number of prescriptions, the doctor may ask you to make an appointment for a review of medication.
Change of Treatment:
After a change in treatment, please take any unwanted medication to the chemist.
