Obtaining your Repeat Prescriptions: Patients on long-term treatments may be given repeat prescriptions. We offer a number of ways for you to obtain your repeat prescription:

| Pharmacy | Request via you usual pharmacy or appliance issuer. |
| In Person | Simply hand in your repeat prescription slip with the items you require clearly marked. A box is provided at the entrance to surgery to enable you to deliver your prescription without having to wait. |

When will my Prescription be Ready?
Please allow 2 working days before picking up the prescription, they will be sent electronically to your nominated pharmacy.
Medication Review:
After a set interval or number of prescriptions, the doctor may ask you to make an appointment for a review of medication.
Change of Treatment:
After a change in treatment, please take any unwanted medication to the chemist.
